Christopher Williams is the CEO of Glomar Minerals, which holds two UK-sponsored exploration licences for polymetallic nodules in the Clarion Clipperton Zone. From 2015 to 2023, he managed Lockheed Martin's seabed minerals subsidiary, delivering a comprehensive mineral exploration programme through partnerships with world-leading academic institutions.
Christopher previously served as the Head of UK Government Affairs at Lockheed Martin and as a professional civil servant across several UK Government departments, including the Cabinet Office.
