Eduardo Filho is a Brazilian-qualified lawyer and researcher at University College London, specialising in international law and the law of the sea. As a UCL Faculty of Laws Research Scholar, he examines global frameworks governing ocean governance and maritime regulation.

Eduardo has contributed to academic publications, government training, and international engagement initiatives. His previous experience includes roles at the University of Geneva, the UN Office of Legal Affairs, and the National University of Singapore, advancing legal understanding of marine resources.
