BIOGRAPHY

Kerry Kehoe recently completed a 20-year career at NOAA as a regulatory specialist for implementing the Coastal Zone Management Act and Deep Seabed Hard Mineral Resources Act, serving as the agency's lead subject matter expert for deep seabed mining. Before serving in federal service, he was the General Counsel to the Coastal States Organisation and Coastal Programme Manager at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources.

Kerry brings a 40-year career spanning coastal and ocean policy, regulatory affairs, and resource management, with experience across federal, state, and non-governmental environments covering a broad range of coastal and ocean issues.
