BIOGRAPHY

Lea Kolmos Weis is a Senior Associate and Practice Area Council member at Gorrissen Federspiel in Copenhagen. She advises clients on shipping and offshore matters and has significant experience in maritime law, oil and gas disputes, and international arbitration.

Lea previously served as the Senior Legal Officer at the International Seabed Authority, leading regulatory work and negotiations on mineral exploitation frameworks. A certified mediator and former lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, she brings deep insight into complex cross-border legal challenges.
