Biography
After completing her LLM, Katherine Thomas qualified as a solicitor and worked in private practice in London, Paris and New York and taught at Cambridge. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
An Associate Professor of Law and Director of the LLM at City University of London, Katherine teaches law of the sea, public international, contract and company law. Her research interests include public international law, state immunity and company law and she is co-author of The Law and Practice of Shareholders' Agreements. She is also Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Notre Dame.
